RESPONSIBLE FOR TOTAL CUSTOMER AND SALES REPRESENTATIVE SATISFACTION IN ORDER MANAGEMENT

During training shift will be Monday through Friday 8am to 4:30pm est in the office. Normal schedule will be hybrid: in office M-W 8:430pm or 9:5:30pm ET. Overtime occasionally, and expected at every month end.  Work from home Thursday and Friday. Training is about 6-8 weeks.

Position Description 

• Provides sales regions with prompt, quality service and support in a variety of areas including, but not limited to order entry, converting, order management (date matching, expedites), temp requests, weld warranty replacements, sample orders, and troubleshooting various order inquiries
• Prompt response to and resolution to Sales Rep issues (questions, requests, etc.) to the Rep's satisfaction per company procedures and standards
• Effectively communicate with sales reps, regional managers, and other teams/departments (IBP, Schedulers, AR, Service Parts, Marketing)
• Perform administrative duties, run reports and special tasks/projects associated with support of capital sales business

• Bring innovative LED lighting products to life by designing analog and digital circuits, including LED drivers, power conversion, signal conditioning, and control interfaces.
• Turn ideas into production-ready designs by creating schematics and PCB layouts using tools such as Altium, Eagle, or KiCad, with a strong focus on signal integrity, thermal performance, and EMC best practices.
•  Design analog and digital circuits for LED lighting products, including LED driver circuits, power conversion, signal conditioning, and control interfaces

• Apply DFM/DFA, tolerance analysis, material selection, sealing, and thermal design principles to create manufacturable, cost-effective designs
• Build, evaluate, and validate prototypes to confirm thermal, structural, dimensional, and performance requirement
• Collaborate with mechanical, electrical, optical, manufacturing, quality, and supplier teams throughout product development.
