Job Summary:

Responsible for entering Health related professional charges into the appropriate billing system.

Essential Functions:

Provides charge entry support.

• Identifies and corrects problems with registration prior to charges being updated for the day.
• Accurately enters all charges into the system and posts to the appropriate account.
• Verifies and maintains processes that result in appropriate turnaround time of encounter forms.

• Prepare, reconcile and maintain all Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable /Commission-Licensing data in the applicable system as assigned, with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.

Core Responsibilities

Accounts Payable (AP)

• Process vendor invoices accurately and on time
• Perform 3-way matching (invoice, purchase order, and receiving documentation) prior to payment
• Ensure all invoices are properly supported, approved, and aligned with company records before release of funds

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, or bookkeeping
• Working knowledge of GAAP
• Experience with reconciliation and discrepancy resolution
• Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel

Responsibilities

• Serve as the Staff Accounting subject matter expert (SME) for the manufacturing facility
