Website Content Manager

This individual will be responsible for delivering print design, web page design, presentation design in PowerPoint, video editing/production as well as other digital properties created across our Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) platform, to key customers. 

Position Description (Principle Duties and Responsibilities)

 The Website Graphic Designer will be part of our clients Marketing Operations team responsible for delivering web page design, presentation design in PowerPoint as well as other digital properties created across our Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) platform, to key customers.
 
 Will play a key role on design projects throughout implementation and future evolution of our clients digital and print properties. Role will include working alongside our Information Services, Design, Corporate Communications, Group Product Marketing, Quality and external partners in a highly collaborative, global environment

Requirements

Develops and maintains website graphic designs and layout to support the organization's image, identity and brands. Reviews all elements of site design from a human factors perspective to ensure maximum usability and to ensure alignment with the organization's overall objectives. Maintains the organization's website graphics standards, techniques and methods. Analyzes website technology trends to identify new techniques and ensure optimal site design.

• Design creatives in print and digital environments that ensures a cohesive brand communication
• Support manager with the execution of creative design for marketing and communication collateral 
• Leverage AEM, other state-of-the-art technologies, and integration patterns to solve cross-departmental challenges 
• Work in an agile, rapid development, and prototyping environment 
• Design and improve internal processes around Adobe AEM solutions
• Partner with customer on the design 'brief' to record requirements and clients needs 
• Experienced with proven past work following brand guidelines

Qualifications 

• 3-5 years graphic design work experience in house or at an agency 
• Experience laying out/designing within firm set of brand guidelines 
• Strong conceptual skills with high sense of design, illustration, layout, and typography 
• Excellent working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office programs 
• Experience taking technical or complicated material and distilling into easy to understand infographics 
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain consistency across pieces 
• Professional, friendly, can-do attitude with the ability to listen, teach, and elicit information efficiently 
• Experience working collaboratively with many different personality types - we have a team-oriented environment 
• Strong creative, organizational, problem solving, and time-management skills 
• Ability to prioritize among competing goals to execute on tight deadlines
