Warehouse Distribution Assistant

Records Maintenance - Maintain EHSS, operational and maintenance record keeping systems and general record retention maintenance.
Financial Reconciliation - Locations accounting including accounts payable, handling vendor invoices, purchasing card reconciliation and monthly reporting.
Inventory Control - Monitor and administer all shipping and receiving activities for the facility including inventory reconciliation, daily and monthly reporting and some logistics.
Administrative Support- Correspondence (distribute mail), e-mail, voice mail, copying filing faxing and handling of confidential material. Typing correspondence including internal memos and letters using Microsoft Word and Excel. Provide back-up support to other administrative assistants. Make travel arrangements (domestic and international) for manager and staff. Schedule conference calls and meetings including audio equipment preparation. Order catered meals for meetings as needed. Organize events. Coordinate calendars. Manage expense reports.
* Experience with Microsoft Office Suite required
