Job Description

Our client, a Global Leader in the Medical Device Industry has an immediate opening for a Warehouse Associate (Medical Device) for a  12 month + Contract.  Our client offers results-driven people a place where they can make a difference - every day!  You will also have the opportunity to work with other like-minded, self-directed and detail oriented Top Talents in an extremely collaborative and professional environment.

 

Seeking Medical Device Warehouse Associate. Works in fast paced environment ensure complete fulfillment of surgical set orders for region. Will work hands on with the surgical equipment to guarantee that sets are replenished and are 100% surgery ready upon their arrival.

 

Hours at 8am to 5pm Mountain Time 

 

 

 

Position Description (Principle Duties and Responsibilities)

 

  • Physical receipt and unpackaging of incoming inventory Conduct inventory, replenishment, and inspection of incoming branch surgical sets to prepare for redistribution 
  • Perform transactions for inventory movements to maintain proper traceability of inventory 
  • Preparation and packaging of surgical sets for shipment 
  • Work with courier and transportation services for distribution of product. 
  • Comply with all manufacturing procedures and training 
  • Ensure all daily orders are fulfilled while providing the highest quality product as measured by KPI's. A
  • Assist with cycle counting inventory in various hospitals and office locations throughout territory.

Job Requirements

Qualifications

 

  • 3 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. 
  • Degree preferred.
  • Knowledge of the medical device industry and hospital customer base preferred 
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Suite 
  • Strong problem solving and communication skills 
  • Demonstrated customer service skills; ability to maintain composure in stressful situations 
  • Must thrive in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities; multi-tasking is a must
