Job Description

Our client distributes grocery products to independent and chain retailers in 50 states and our own corporate-owned retail stores throughout the Midwest, in addition to fresh food processing and distribution. Through our MDV military division, we are a leading distributor of grocery products to U.S. military commissaries.
 
Our client is seeking a Transportation Payroll Coordinator to support the teams' payroll process and other administrative tasks that may arise.  Our client is looking for a resource to start right away.
This is a 3-month contract with the potential to become permanent.
This position is onsite in Grand Rapids, MI Tuesday - Saturday, 8a-5p (1 hour for lunch) with occasional OT.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Utilize Excel to maintain spreadsheets: Accurate data entry into various system applications: Complete reports, tallies, and ad hoc projects.

  • Organized, detail-oriented, accurate data entry-Technically savvy, Prompt, professional, dependable, take ownership of assigned tasks, good communication skills, flexible and service-oriented. 

Contract positions

Will be employed and paid hourly by iMPact Business Group. Benefits (medical, dental & vision) are available after 90 days of employment. 

 

Permanent placed employees

Paid by and qualify for benefits in accordance with the policies of the hiring company.
