Territory Sales Manager – Las Vegas

Our client is seeking a dynamic and motivated Territory Sales Manager to oversee agency development, training, and sales performance across the Las Vegas region. This is a high-impact role that blends relationship management, training, and strategic sales execution to drive growth and elevate performance across a network of independent insurance agents.
This opportunity is ideal for a driven insurance sales professional with strong knowledge of P&C personal lines, excellent communication skills, and a talent for developing agent relationships. You'll act as a trusted resource and business partner to appointed agencies, playing a key role in their success while ensuring quality, compliance, and alignment with company standards.
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and recommend agencies for appointment; manage appointment paperwork and setup.
- Deliver in-person and virtual training sessions on products, systems, and service expectations.
- Conduct ongoing agency visits to monitor production, audit submissions, and provide strategic support.
- Collaborate with agents to improve business quality, retention, and profitability.
- Communicate agent feedback to internal teams and participate in cross-functional initiatives.
- Lead customer service training and ensure agencies are equipped with necessary tools and resources.
- Maintain strong understanding of all company products, systems, underwriting guidelines, and processes.
- Monitor competitor activity and share market intelligence with relevant stakeholders.
- Provide detailed quarterly evaluations of agency performance, including corrective action plans when needed.
- Support marketing efforts and participate in rate reviews, planning sessions, and product development discussions.
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Minimum 3 years of experience marketing Property & Casualty personal lines, including work with independent agents.
- Strong track record of agent development and training.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, CRM tools, mapping software, and online platforms.
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to travel regionally must have a clean driving record.
Preferences:
- Prior experience marketing homeowners and/or personal auto insurance.
- Exposure to commercial lines marketing is a plus.
- Industry designations such as CPCU or CIC are highly desirable.
- Familiarity with regulatory frameworks like FCRA and GLB.
Contract positions
Will be employed and paid hourly by iMPact Business Group. Benefits (medical, dental & vision) are available after 90 days of employment.
Permanent placed employees
Paid by and qualify for benefits in accordance with the policies of the hiring company.
