Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle recruitment including job postings, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, feedback collection, and offer support.
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies across multiple channels-job boards, social media, and professional networks-to attract high-quality candidates.
- Partner closely with HR and leadership to forecast staffing needs, fill high-volume positions, and proactively build talent pipelines.
- Analyze current recruitment processes, identify inefficiencies, and lead improvements to enhance effectiveness.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights to drive data-informed recruitment decisions.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
What you'll need
- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent of 3 years' experience as a recruiter or TA professional, required
- Experience in manufacturing, industrial, or material-handling environments, preferred
- Proficient with a variety of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple open requisitions at once with a self-directed, proactive approach with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Excellent interpersonal skills; able to build and maintain effective relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners.
