Job Description
Our client, a Global Medical Device Manufacture has an immediate opening for a Technical Customer Support Specialist for a 12 Month Contract. Our client offers results-driven people a place where they can make a difference - every day! You will also have the opportunity to work with other like-minded, self-directed and detail-oriented Top Talents in an extremely collaborative and professional environment.
CANDIDATES MUST BE FLEXIBLE TO EITHER A 9:30am - 6:00pm or 10:30am - 7:00pm shift. FULLY ONSITE ROLE
Position Description (Principle Duties and Responsibilities)
- Answers phone calls/emails and provides technical support to field engineers, technicians, and product support personnel who are diagnosing, troubleshooting, repairing and debugging equipment.
- Responds to situations where first-line product support has failed to isolate or fix problems in malfunctioning equipment or software.
- Reports issues in Salesforce.
- May be involved in customer training
- Provides support to customer/users where the product is highly technical or sophisticated in nature.
Job Requirements
Requirements
- Minimum High School Diploma required
- 2 years in a technical support role either with Medical Products, IT or Professional Services
- Proved track record of being reliable, on-time and dependable team member
- 1-2 years experience working with Salesforce
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
- Quick learner and study of products to learn support requirements.
