Technical Customer Support Representative
San Jose, CA 95118 US
Position Description (Principle Duties and Responsibilities)
- Answers phone calls/emails and provides technical support to field engineers, technicians, and product support personnel who are diagnosing, troubleshooting, repairing and debugging equipment.
- Responds to situations where first-line product support has failed to isolate or fix problems in malfunctioning equipment or software.
- Reports issues in Salesforce.
- May be involved in customer training
- Provides support to customer/users where the product is highly technical or sophisticated in nature.
- Minimum High School Diploma required
- 2 years in a technical support role either with Medical Products, IT or Professional Services
- Proved track record of being reliable, on-time and dependable team member
- 1-2 years experience working with Salesforce
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
- Quick learner and study of products to learn support requirements.
