TA-Scheduling/Screening Coordinator

Job Description
- The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills along w/ up to 1 year of HR Sourcing experience.
- Excellent communication/writing skills.
- Strong experience working with MS Office - especially MS Outlook for scheduling MS Teams interviews.
- There will be light phone screening and scheduling interviews with candidates for their Warehouse positions.
- Provide general sourcing support to the entire TA team.
- Knowledge of Workday would be nice to have.
Contract positions
Will be employed and paid hourly by iMPact Business Group. Benefits (medical, dental & vision) are available after 90 days of employment.
Permanent placed employees
Paid by and qualify for benefits in accordance with the policies of the hiring company.
