Job Description

Our client is a nationally recognized not-for-profit health system, offering a full continuum of health services through their health plan, medical group, and hospital group. 
 
Our client is looking for a Symplr Healthcare API Analyst.
100% Remote
This is a 2 year contract

Job Summary:
  • Under minimal supervision, responds to requests from users for new or modified systems. This may involve planning, designing and analyzing various programs or software. 
  • Consults with users to identify current operating procedures for single departmental changes, define system requirements and determine programming and/or application functional requirements. 
  • Recommends technical and procedural design for new or revised applications, including system specifications and programming guidelines. 
  • Upon approval, may perform work on the masterfile. May write documentation to describe application changes for program development and corrections.
  •  Competent to work in most phases of application systems analysis, but may require guidance in others.
     

Job Requirements

Skill set:
  • API Healthcare System Administration,
  • API Healthcare Application Tools,
  • API Healthcare Badge Reader (Timeclock/Deduction Readers),
  • API Healthcare Report Writer,
  • Experience writing, troubleshooting and updating reports,
  • API Healthcare Telephony,
  • API Healthcare structure of system and business layout,
  • Integrations in Web GUI,
  • API Healthcare Outcome Analytics (OA),
  • Exposure in handling first level support with customers with API issues,
  • Service Now.
  • PowerShell scripting (creating, editing, troubleshooting),
  • Microsoft SQL Database expertise,
  • MSSMS query experience,
  • Rundeck 




Qualifications:
  • Required:
    • AS Degree
    • 2 years of relevant experience planning, design, testing, implementation, support, analysis of programs and software, and or a participant in multiple phases of an integrated system implementation 
  • Preferred:
    • BS Degree

Contract positions

Will be employed and paid hourly by iMPact Business Group. Benefits (medical, dental & vision) are available after 90 days of employment. 

 

Permanent placed employees

Paid by and qualify for benefits in accordance with the policies of the hiring company.
