Supply Planning Analyst
Job Description
Hybrid position: 2-3 days onsite; 1-2 days remote. Degree Required along with 5+ years of Supply Chain Experience **Analytical skills (Strong Vlook Up skillset) **Power BI experience **SAP Experience **MS Office Suite - PowerPoint/Excel
Responsibilities and Requirements
Plans, schedules and monitors inbound movement of materials from suppliers. Determines material requirements and coordinates the efficient movement of materials with purchasing, production and engineering. Develops specifications for new contract orders.
Support the creation of a Master Resource Plan based on the latest demand signal to cover what needs to be produced or purchased as a finished product and to ensure that within the process there is sufficient raw materials and components to support the required supply plan up to a 24-month time horizon
- Contractor will facilitate the Net Requirements Process and upload into the current Oracle system.
- Responsibilities include consolidating global Net Requirements Plans, data analysis of submissions, and communication with global supply planning on changes with the monthly plan.
- Contractor will own global escalations and supply requests from International customers and manage allocation plans when the business is in a supply constraint.
- Contractor will take over basic monthly reporting, as well as assist in any data testing required for SAP go-live.
- Bachelor's degree and 5+ years experience of Supply Chain planning and coordination.
