Job Description

Position Description (Principle Duties and Responsibilities)


  • Develops and implements strategies and programs to communicate the company's business objectives, culture and values to its employees. 
  • Partners with executive management, Public Relations, Human Resources and other departments to plan, develop, implement, and evaluate strategic internal communications. 
  • Designs, edits and oversees distribution of internal communication materials via company newsletters, intranet, emails/memos, webcasts, employee meetings, etc. 
  • Develops standards and guidelines for style and content. 
  • Provides guidance to executive management regarding corporate announcements. 
  • Evaluates fit with target audience to ensure comprehension. 
  • Implements metrics to evaluate effectiveness of communication plan delivery. 
  • Selects, develops, and evaluates personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function. 

Job Requirements



  • Bachelor's Degree in communications, journalism, public relations, or related field required
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills with eye for detail (writing samples will be requested, knowledge of AP Style a plus). 
  • Experience working with Marketo is a plus
  • 5+ years of overall relevant work experience.
  • Excellent program/project management skills, and proven experience in marketing communications and coordination of creative content. 
  • Ability to coordinate efforts cross-functionally to achieve positive end results. 
  • Superior analytical, organizational, and time management skills. 
  • Demonstrate ability to self-motivate and independently take the initiative to solve problems.
