Recruitment Specialist
What you will do:
Recruit IT, Accounting & Finance, Manufacturing & Engineering consultants and serve as the main point of contact throughout the entire recruiting cycle.
Build and maintain relationships with consultants to match them with the BEST opportunities.
Negotiate unique compensation packages (wages, benefits, etc.) to attract and hire candidates based on client needs.
What you have:
BS/BA OR 2-3 years of Professional or Service Industry experience
Interest in a performance-based environment including outbound calling.
Enthusiasm to network and communicate with others.
Drive, spirit, motivation but also compassion and understanding.
What we prefer:
Previous sales/recruiting experience (Internships included)
Experience working in a performance-driven environment.
