Account Manager

Currently seeking an Account Manager who can aggressively grow our Strategic Staffing Solutions nationally!

iMPact Business Group is a professional staffing and consulting firm that specializes in IT, Engineering, Accounting/Finance, Operations and Human Resources positions throughout North America.  We support customers in 23 different states with all their staffing initiatives:  Retained Search, Contingent search, Staff Augmentation, Contract Staffing and Contract to hire.  Our Account Managers work with clients by providing a consultative approach to understand their strategic staffing initiatives.

Job Objectives:
  • Meet with existing and prospective clients to learn more about their business, culture and recruiting efforts.
  • Close new business and achieve profitable sales growth objectives
  • Partner with the recruiting talent acquisition team throughout the placement life cycle 
  • Develop and maintain a high technical competency of our staffing solutions
  • Collaborate across all levels of the organization to provide client solutions.

Ideal Background:
  • 1 - 4 years of outside sales experience in staffing OR 2+ years of experience as a Recruiter but, you are looking to move into Account Management
  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • Drive to succeed and grow your career 
  • Strong prospecting skills:  cold calls, asking for referrals, and seeking new leads.
  • Ability to grow and cultivate Circles of Influence
  • Listens and builds effective relationships
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Goal oriented and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Contract positions

Will be employed and paid hourly by iMPact Business Group. Benefits (medical, dental & vision) are available after 90 days of employment. 

 

Permanent placed employees

Paid by and qualify for benefits in accordance with the policies of the hiring company.
