Job Description

Our client, a manufacturer in the Comstock Park area, is actively looking for a Staff Accountant to join their team!

Position will involve:
  • Balance sheet reconciliations
  • Journal entries
  • Period end close
  • General ledger accounting
  • Assisting with fixed assets
  • Preparing and filing of sales & use tax
  • Other duties as required

Job Requirements

Qualifications
  • 1-2 years of general ledger accounting experience
  • Bachelor's in accounting or finance
  • Strong proficiency in Excel
  • Understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and financial reporting systems

Contract positions

Will be employed and paid hourly by iMPact Business Group. Benefits (medical, dental & vision) are available after 90 days of employment.
