Job Description
Our client, a Global Medical Device Manufacturer, has an immediate opening for a Sales Support Specialist for a 3-month+ contract opportunity. Our client offers results-driven people a place where they can make a difference - every day! Covering email inboxes, Webops system, Sales Representative Support and phone line. Advanced Support role and requires great comprehensive thinking skills.
HOURS ARE 8:00am to 5pm or 9:00am to 6pm ET. 30 minute lunch. Working hours are EST.
Position Description and Responsibilities
- This role will be for the sales support team, internal Rep assistance
- Covers Sales Rep support phone line
- Handles from line requests in a Sales Support queue, ensuring any requests outside responsibilities are then re-assigned to the correct team's request queue.
- Assists with Field Inventory Management System (FIMS) trouble shooting and/or questions from sales reps.
- Maintains FIMS AIF, ensuring consignment orders will not remain stuck.
- Can also act as an SME for FIMS AIF for projects/enhancements to the system.
- All around partner to Sales Reps assisting their day to day needs

Requirements
- 5+ years of experience - required
- College degree - preferred
- Clear and concise communication skills - required
- Drive to dig into the details of customer issues to solve problems proactively - required
- Ability to work flexible hours, as needed to support the business needs - required
- Participate in over-time work as needed - required
- Demonstrated proficiency in MS Excel, Word, Access, Outlook, and SAP REQUIRED (including data analysis tools i.e. queries, pivot tables, etc.).
- Proven experience working in a remote role with accountability and excellent communication
