Job Description

Our client, a Global Medical Device Manufacture has an immediate opening for a Sr. Sales Support Representative for a 12 Month + Contract. The Senior Sales Support Representative plays a pivotal role in ensuring that sales representatives, project managers, and customers receive top-notch service by managing various pre- and post-sales, as well as pre-and post-installation functions for their Endoscopy devices. Operating under minimal supervision, this role ensures that sales reps, project managers, and customers receive the best possible service by handling a variety of pre-and post-sales and pre- and post-installation functions. 


Position Description (Principle Duties and Responsibilities)

 

 

  • Generate and analyze team huddle metrics to ensure the team complies with service level agreements. 
  • Collect cross-functional feedback, relay it to the team, and devise a plan for improvement. 
  • Maintain the Mobile Inventory, Van, and consignment orders. 
  • Participate in third-party purchase order processing and invoicing. 
  • Utilize CRM and ERP tools for entering and booking small parts, capital, repair, and return orders. 
  • Ensure accuracy as the front line for data entry, including rectifying incorrect or subpar data submissions. 
  • Troubleshoot the quoting tool for sales representatives if there are discrepancies in quote pricing or customer information compared to customer-provided documentation. 
  • Identify incorrect information when booking using the CRM tool and update it alongside the necessary teams. 
  • Review and research incoming parts orders identified as RMAs and advise on the needed part number(s). 
  • Assist in receiving returned products into the Returns inventory. 
  • Coordinate the shipment of parts to meet customer needs and resolve field issues. 
  • Coordinate pickups with customers, Project Managers, Sales Representatives, and Tech Support. 
  • Provide price and product availability information to customers and sales representatives. 
  • Offer product information, which may include providing technical assistance. 
  • Furnish information on the status of equipment returns, sales orders, delivery schedules, and more. 

Job Requirements

Requirements
 
  • Minimum High School Diploma required, degree preferred
  • 3+ years in a Sales Support or Enterprise Customer Support with Medical Products, IT or Professional Services - Mix of Call and Email Queues
  • Proved track record of being reliable, on-time and dependable team member
  • 1-2 years experience working with Salesforce
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills
  • Quick learner and study of products to learn support requirements.
