Sr. Sales Commissions Analyst - Virtual

Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Provide operational support to sales and sales management
- Perform monthly commission rate changes in compensation systems
- Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual calculation, validation and payment of incentive compensation plan components and bonus commissions.
- Maintain and update systems and processes critical to the reporting and tracking of compensation and sales metrics.
- Strong communication skills, effectively communicate across multiple groups in finance, sales operations, and sales
- Synthesize large amounts of data into concise and useful take-aways; ability to identify key trends and variances accurately; Drive business change by developing a keen understanding of the business, identifying core focus areas through data driven insights, and building trust with business partners
- Strong analytical and organization skills
- Support ad hoc projects/initiatives as requested by manager
- Assist with ad hoc validation as needed during compensation and territory
- Support in management of customer, surgeon, and territory alignment
- Systems: Xactly, Varicent
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree.
- Two or more years of relevant work experience preferred.
- Experience using Advanced Microsoft Office Suite, specifically MS Excel and MS Access preferred.
- Experience using Incentive Compensation systems like Varicent/IBM ICM preferred.
