Our client, a Global Leader in the Consumer Appliance Industry has an immediate opening for a Sr. Recruiter for a 3 Month + Contract. Participating on our clients global executive recruiting team in implementing and executing recruiting programs and strategies to fill current openings and help build an ongoing, healthy pipeline of diverse qualified candidates through researching social media, market mapping critical skill sets in the market to current and future openings and providing competitive intelligence.
Act as a first line ambassador to potential candidates by filtering, screening, and actively engaging talent in the job market
Learning the profiles within your supported Talent Communities, so that you can help best match candidates with the appropriate opportunities
Assessing the hard skills, soft skills, and intangibles of applicants, including their business acumen, culture fit, and passion to join a high-growth business
Pipelining exceptional candidates for future opportunities at our client

Must Have Skills

Bachelor s Degree
Excellent verbal and written communication in English
Ability to multi task in a fast-paced, matrixed, global organization
Knowledge of researching social media, market mapping, targeting specific candidate skill sets, and candidate development
Savvy navigating recruitment and sourcing technologies (Applicant Tracking Systems, Candidate Relationship Management Systems, and LinkedIn Recruiter), case management system, knowledge management system, social media, etc.)

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor s Degree in Human Resources or Business-Related Field
Recruiting certification(s) (CDR, ACIR, CIR, etc.)
3+ years of diversity recruiting and sourcing
Success Factors Recruitment, Onboarding, Recruitment Marketing, Agency, and Employee Referral Portals experience or exposure
Google Suite (Gmail, Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Slides) experience or exposure
Knowledge of OFCCP and GDPR regulatory
