Job Description

Our client, a Global Leader in the Consumer Appliance Industry has an immediate opening for a Sr. Payroll Specialist for a 6 Month Contract.  Our client offers results-driven people a place where they can make a difference - every day!  You will also have the opportunity to work with other like-minded, self-directed and detail oriented Top Talents in an extremely collaborative and professional environment. 


 Day to Day Duties:

  • Compiling necessary time and attendance data from automated timekeeping system in order to perform bi-weekly payroll. 
  • Performing data audit checks to ensure completeness and accuracy of required payroll information.
  • Collaborate with other support functions to ensure adjustments and deductions are submitted for payroll
  • Maintain confidentiality in dealing with employee records and payroll information with a high degree of quality and accuracy
  • Support local payroll administration, including inquiry and issue support for case management requests
  • Knowledge of local HR policies and procedures impacting payroll
  • Prioritize competing requests while ensuring payroll deadlines are met
  • Participate in activities as needed (i.e. system testing, KPI's, reporting, special project support, SOX audits, etc.)
  • Responsible for the ongoing development and maintenance of documentation while championing continuous improvement 

Contract positions

Will be employed and paid hourly by iMPact Business Group. Benefits (medical, dental & vision) are available after 90 days of employment. 

 

Permanent placed employees

Paid by and qualify for benefits in accordance with the policies of the hiring company.
