Job Description

Our client, a Global Medical Device Manufacture has an immediate opening for a Sr. Customer Service Representative for a 12 Month + Contract.  Our client offers results-driven people a place where they can make a difference - every day!  You will also have the opportunity to work with other like-minded, self-directed, and detail-oriented Top Talents in an extremely collaborative and professional environment.  
 
8am - 5pm Monday - Friday Candidates must be flexible to work overtime at 1.5 pay.  Looking for reliable, professional candidates with ERP and SalesForce skills and experience. 

 

Position Description (Principle Duties and Responsibilities)

 

 

  • Provides customer services relating to sales, sales promotions, installations and communications. 
  • Process all customer orders/changes/returns according to established guidelines
  • Ensures that good customer relations are maintained and customer claims and complaints are resolved fairly, effectively and in accordance with the consumer laws. 
  • Develops organization-wide initiatives to proactively inform and educate customers. 
  • Develops improvement plans in response to customer surveys.

Job Requirements

Requirements

 

  • 1-2 years of experience required, Bachelors degree preferred 
  • Proven work experience with job stability, reliability, quickly learning role and systems
  • Experience working with SAP, Oracle or JDE along with SalesForce experience highly desired
  • Must have Skills: 
    • 1. Analytical-experience working with data to solve problems and develop processes 
    • 2. Organized 
    • 3. Communication (customer service orientation) 
    • 4. Experience with Microsoft Office 
    • 5. Proficiency in Excel
