Job Description

Our client, a Global Medical Device Manufacture has an immediate opening for a Sr. Customer Service Representative for a 18 Month + Contract.  Our client offers results-driven people a place where they can make a difference - every day!  You will also have the opportunity to work with other like-minded, self-directed and detail oriented Top Talents in an extremely collaborative and professional environment.  

 

75% Hybrid / Work from Home schedule

 

Position Description (Principle Duties and Responsibilities)

 

 

  • Provides customer services relating to sales, sales promotions, installations and communications. 
  • Process all customer orders/changes/returns according to established guidelines
  • Ensures that good customer relations are maintained and customer claims and complaints are resolved fairly, effectively and in accordance with the consumer laws. 
  • Develops organization-wide initiatives to proactively inform and educate customers. 
  • Develops improvement plans in response to customer surveys.

 

Requirements

 

  • 1-2 years of experience required
  • Must have Skills: 
    • 1. Analytical-experience working with data to solve problems and develop processes 
    • 2. Organized 
    • 3. Communication (customer service orientation) 
    • 4. Experience with Microsoft Office 
    • 5. Proficiency in Excel including pivot tables and various functions 

 

Contract positions

Will be employed and paid hourly by iMPact Business Group. Benefits (medical, dental & vision) are available after 90 days of employment. 

 

Permanent placed employees

Paid by and qualify for benefits in accordance with the policies of the hiring company.
