Senior Tax Accountant
Grand Rapids, MI 49525 US | Fully Remote TELECOMMUTE US
Job Description
- Prepare and review complex business tax returns (1120, 1065) for private clients.
- Provide expert tax planning and advisory services, ensuring compliance with tax laws and regulations.
- Oversee and review junior staff's work to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Manage start-to-finish tax preparation for both individuals and businesses.
- Collaborate with leadership and team members on projects to meet client deadlines.
- CPA designation (required).
- 3+ years of experience in tax preparation and review, with a focus on business tax returns.
- Proficiency in UltraTax CS (Thompson Reuters platform) is required.
- Remote work environment, with minimal travel required to the GR office (1-2 times a year).

Contract positions
Will be employed and paid hourly by iMPact Business Group. Benefits (medical, dental & vision) are available after 90 days of employment.
Permanent placed employees
