Senior Financial Analyst

Job Description
- This is an onsite position – 95-100% onsite in West Tampa – 33634
- Extensive financial modeling skills and experience in Excel

Responsibilities of the Senior Financial Analyst include:
- Active involvement in all aspects of sourcing, evaluation, execution, and integration for add-on acquisition opportunities
- Provide initial review and screening of prospective acquisition targets for 2 teams as well as track the Company's acquisition pipeline
- Assist in facilitating the company's integration of acquisitions across financial, operational, human resources, marketing, back office, and other functions
On-Going Operations:
- Work with stakeholders across the organization to provide key reporting solutions and analysis to senior management team for financial and strategic initiatives including KPI dashboard reporting
- Participate in annual budgeting process, monthly forecasts, and long-term strategic planning
- Serve on projects to standardize processes and develop automated tools for Finance, Accounting, and Operations personnel

Requirements:
- Bachelor's in Finance/ Accounting required
- 2-4 years of relevant experience
- Extensive financial modeling skills and experience in Excel
- Experience with Microsoft PowerBI preferred
