Our client, a Global Medical Device Manufacture has an immediate opening for a SalesForce.Com Business Systems Analyst for a 6 Month + Contract. Position Description (Principle Duties and Responsibilities)

Reviews, analyzes, and evaluates information technology systems operations. Determines user needs and requirements and recommends ways to improve systems. Serves as primary point of contact between users and engineering/development staff. Identifies, documents, reports and tracks system issues. Supports the process of translating business needs into formal technical requirement deliverables.

Will provide support by taking primary responsibility for the day to day support, operation and troubleshooting of all sales-facing systems including: Salesforce.Com, BigMachines (Oracle) Quoting, Tableau B.I., Field traceability and any other systems that interface with the external Sales Force
Will support training and development of the tools listed above
Will be a primary resource for User Support, Issue Identification and Triage
Will assist in Collaboration with IS Helpdesk and Global resources in Platform Support and future Project Phases
Identifier of Enhancement Opportunities (both process and technology)
Will Assist in creating a localized roadmap for continuous improvements
Primary owner of User Stories requirements for enhancements/changes)
Will assist in developing Outbound User Communications: Change Management, Enhancement/Upgrade Announcements
Responsible for Testing, Regression Testing, and Quality Assurance of the system
Will be responsible to review and evaluate annual release enhancements and determine if they will be deployed to the Sales team(s)
May develop custom research projects based on active needs of the business team
Pathway to earn system Architect responsibility in order to provide advanced business support and evolve systems to enable business strategy

Qualifications:

Assoc., B.B.A. Or B.S. In any field (emphasis in Information Technology, Business Information Systems or a related discipline preferred)
Certification or prior certification as Salesforce.Com administrator preferred
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Excellent analytical skills.
Demonstrated effective organizational skills.
Excellent technical understanding
2-10 years in an I.S., technical support or sales support.
Advanced computer skills (Salesforce.Com, Cloud-based applications, database, Business intelligence, Microsoft Office)
