Our client, a Global Leader in the Medical Device Industry has an immediate opening for a Salesforce.com Systems Analyst for a 6-month + Contract.  Our client offers results-driven people a place where they can make a difference - every day!  You will also have the opportunity to work with other like-minded, self-directed and detail-oriented Top Talents in an extremely collaborative and professional environment.  

 

Analyzes, assesses, and corrects system errors within CRM software (SalesForce) to ensure successful integration of data between SalesForce.com and SAP.

 

Must be proficient with SalesForce/ServiceMax. Familiarity with SAP preferred.

 

 

Position Description (Principle Duties and Responsibilities)

 

  • Deliver system enhancements and projects
  • Ensure the quality and data integrity of operational CRM systems
  • Responsible for the delivery of data governance and systems administration
  • Partners with CRM Analysts, SMEs, and Business Process Owners to analyze requests and strategize ROI-based prioritizations
  • Coordinate with IS counterparts on system enhancements and reported incidents - accountable for timely and accurate delivery
  • Assist with Regression testing and stay connected to divisional and global CRM launches on our shared platform
  • Research industry analysis around CRM and apply to job functions
  • Stay up-to-date on CRM platform upgrades

Job Requirements

Requirements

 

  • Professional experience with Salesforce.com and/or other CRM platforms
  • Professional experience in systems administration
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills
  • Working knowledge of data collection, data analysis, and report creation
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook
  • Ability to manage priorities and workflow
  • B.A and B.S. in business or related field of study
  • Salesforce.com certification (preferred)
