Sales Support Specialist

Job Description
Our client, a Global Leader in the Medical Device Industry, has an immediate opening for a Sales Support Specialist for a 18-month+ contract. Provides customer services relating to sales, sales promotions, installations and communications. Ensures that good customer relations are maintained and customer claims and complaints are resolved fairly. Develops organization-wide initiatives to proactively inform and educate customers. Develops improvement plans in response to customer surveys.
MONDAY - FRIDAY MT Zone hours, some overtime required. 30 minute lunch. 100% Remote
Responsibilities and Requirements
- Provide phone support for inquiries from sales and healthcare professionals
- Engage, interact, and respond in a prompt, accurate, courteous, and poised manner to encourage positive business relationships
- Support Sales Department by providing answers to questions generated by telephone, e-mails and fax. Researches responses with sales
- Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken
- Determine charges for services requested, collaborate with Corporate Accounts Receivable for collection payments, and/or arrange for billing
- Prepare product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information
- Maintain customer pricing in ERP system, including entering contracts as required
- Implement procedures to maintain accurate inventory records in the ERP system through proper billing and replenishment processes
- Implement procedures to manage inventory shelf life and expiry records
Job Requirements
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience required, Bachelor's degree preferred
- 2+ years of working with equipment contracts and service level agreements
- Must have Skills:
- Analytical-experience working with data to solve problems and develop processes
- Organized
- Communication (customer service orientation)
- Experience with Microsoft Office
- Proficiency in Excel including pivot tables and various functions
- PowerBI Skills a plus
- SAP and or SaleForce experience highly desired.
