Job Description
Our Client in Grand Rapids is looking to add an experienced Sales Representative to their team. This role will report to the CFO and function as the company's liaison between customers and our products.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Generates computer reports as required.
- Maintains all quote documentation with accurate pricing and configurations.
- Enters sales and purchase orders into the computer and handles logistics as needed.
- Maintaining up-to-date awareness of company activities, and industry trends.
- May execute open market purchases with the approval of CFO.
- Develops a new customer base.
- Other projects and duties as assigned.
- Reports inquiries, quotes, orders, rejections, and customer problems.
Job Requirements
Education and Experience:
- Associate's Degree or equivalent experience.
- Ideally seeking at least 2 years of sales and/or steel experience.
- Experience in MS Office Software, and Excel is a MUST.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Compensation:
- Base Salary + Commission.
