Job Description

An iMPact Business Group client in the Manufacturing industry is seeking to hire an experienced Sales Project Coordinator.  

This role is part of a Customer Service Team and facilitates communication and organizes all the activities between taking an order and product then being delivered to the Customer.

This role is for someone with a Strong Customer Service background who has supported the Sales Organization.

This is primarily an on-site role working closely with -- Sales Reps, Business Customers, and internal Production leaders.  Periodic offsite work is possible, on a personal need/exception basis.

This position is responsible for overall Customer satisfaction and the success of each Client/Customer project assigned to them and works in partnership with the Sales Organization.
 
*    Work closely with Clients, Sales Reps, and various internal departments to effectively initiate and manage new and revised projects
*    Responsible for Client order receipt, order review, pricing review, job creation, and order entry
*    Review of Customer contracts for pricing and inventory management
*    Develops project plans / tasks lists and keep all Customer projects on schedule and within the estimated budget
*    Documents and maintains Customer information internal Business systems
*    Provides/maintains a high level of communication to help all necessary groups to collaborate in providing a successful customer experience

Job Requirements

*    Associates Degree or higher preferred and/or relevant work experience
*    3+ years Customer Service / Sales Project Coordination experience
*    Background in -- manufacturing, engineering, or packaging industries
*    Flexible and adaptable to changing business requirements
*    Able to work in an organized, self-directed manner, with an attention to detail
*    Collaborative work style, team-focused, customer-service focused
*    Plastics packaging experience considered a plus

Contract positions

Will be employed and paid hourly by iMPact Business Group. Benefits (medical, dental & vision) are available after 90 days of employment. 

 

Permanent placed employees
