Job Description
Our client, a Global Medical Device Manufacturer has an immediate opening for a Sales Compensation Coordinator for a 12 Month Contract. Position Description (Duties and Responsibilities)
- Provides operational support to sales management.
- Plans and coordinates projects to improve the operational efficiency and effectiveness of the sales force.
- Maintains information regarding sales activities that support sales performance metrics and sales process improvement.
- Prepare compensation plans and compensation calculations
- Perform data entry and data consolidation
- Assist the Sales Operations department in the development of new business processes
Job Requirements
What you need
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Acute attention to detail and strong communication
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Prior experience with sales teams and compensation plans
- Ability to calculate figures and amounts.
- Ability to analyze statistical and financial data.
- Experience with reporting tools. i.e. Power BI, Tableau & MS Excel
- Varicent experience preferred
