Job Description
A Global Manufacturing client of iMPact Business Group is in the process of migrating from SAP ECC to SAP S4/HANA.
This consulting role is to assist with migrating enhancements and bolt-ons from ECC into the HANA environment. This is NOT a Data Migration role.
This is an onsite role based in Grand Rapids, Michigan and does not all for Remote work.
This role is W2 Only and is not open to C2C situations. There is the potential for this role to become a contract-to-hire for the right Candidate.
This is primarily an SAP Business Analyst role for someone with experience migrating functionality from SAP ECC to SAP S4/HANA.
Duties:
- Support end-user requests and troubleshooting functional issues
- Participate in an SAP ECC migration to SAP HANA, from a functional application perspective (this is NOT a data migration role)
- Troubleshoot SAP platform issues related to business and technical processes
- Create functional/technical specification documents where necessary
- Assist Developers in ensuring results meet business requirements
- Research SAP best practices to meet end-user requests
- Assist with documenting customizations in the ECC environment as they are migrated to SAP HANA
Job Requirements
- Experience in migrating functionality from SAP ECC to SAP HANA
- Able to review ABAP code when troubleshooting (reports, enhancements, interfaces, function modules, workflow, and classes)
- Experience with SAP modules (PP, MM)
- Master data (ERP & PPDS) - Materials/Product, BOMs, Routings, PDS
- Configuring and supporting MFG elements (Planned and production) order lifecycle
- Production Integration with EWM
- Make-To-Order and Make-To-Stock strategies with Variant configuration
- PPDS Module
- Business scenarios Configuration (SPRO) and processes design
