Job Description
Our client, a leading global manufacturer, is seeking multiple SAP Business Process Analysts to join their SAP Competency Center team, providing essential SAP support across North America, Europe, and/or Asia.
This role is pivotal in driving SAP operational efficiency and SAP process improvements in key business functions such as Order Management, Manufacturing, Distribution, and Engineering.
You will work closely with business leaders and end users to ensure system and process integrity while leading best practices for optimal business performance.
As an SAP Business Process Analyst, you will be the subject matter expert for your assigned function, managing the implementation and monitoring of standard processes and controls. You'll lead initiatives that enhance user experience, ensure process discipline, and align with business requirements. Your role will include solving complex business challenges, conducting system strategy analyses, and ensuring compliance with internal controls.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide SAP subject matter expertise for business functions (Order Management, Manufacturing, Distribution, or Engineering) buy leveraging your knowledge of SAP PP/DS, and MM.
- Analyze and resolve complex system and business problems, ensuring quality testing and configuration.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve current business processes and identify opportunities for efficiency.
- Offer technical support and process improvement leadership for assigned business functions.
- Ensure all systems and processes meet business requirements and adhere to best practices.
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- Functional Support experience with Users of the SAP PP/DS, and MM modules
- Functional knowledge of business processes including -- Inventory Management, Warehouse Management, Order Management, Production/Manufacturing, Distribution, Engineering
- Experience working with Production users and coaching them on best practices
- Strong analytical skills and experience designing process improvements
- Solid communication skills, experience interacting with all levels of the organization
Preferred:
- Experience using SAP IMG
- Experience in global manufacturing or distribution environments.
