Job Description

Our client, a global leader in the Automotive Industry, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Quality Engineer to join their team. As a Quality Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the highest level of quality standards are met and maintained across all products and processes. Responsibilities:
*          Develop, implement and maintain quality control procedures to ensure compliance with customer and industry standards
*          Analyze and interpret quality data and reports to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
*          Lead root cause analysis investigations and identify corrective actions to prevent future quality issues
*          Work closely with cross-functional teams to provide quality support and drive continuous improvement initiatives
*          Conduct supplier quality assessments and develop strategies for supplier improvement
*          Develop and deliver training programs for quality procedures and best practices

Job Requirements

Requirements:
*          Knowledge of ISO/TS 16949 quality management system
*          Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
*          5+ years of experience in Automotive manufacturing industry
*          Strong knowledge of quality systems, processes, and tools (APQP, FMEA, PPAP, SPC, etc.)
*          Experience with quality control and assurance methodologies
*          Excellent problem-solving skills with ability to drive root cause analysis and implement effective corrective actions
*          Strong communication skills with ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
Preferences:
*          Master's degree in Engineering or related field
*          ASQ Quality Engineer certification
*          Experience with Six Sigma methodology and tools
