Job Description
Are you passionate about ensuring top-notch quality in products and materials? Our manufacturing client, is seeking a meticulous Quality Assurance Speciailist to join their dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in maintaining high standards and driving continuous improvement in quality control processes.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough quality inspections of products and materials to ensure adherence to specifications and standards.
- Utilize precision measuring instruments such as calipers and micrometers to perform accurate measurements.
- Perform visual inspections to detect any defects or abnormalities in the products.
- Collect and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement in quality control processes.
- Conduct quality audits to evaluate the effectiveness of quality systems and procedures.
- Collaborate closely with production teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
- Document inspection results and maintain precise records of quality control activities.
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in quality assurance or quality control preferred.
- Knowledge of quality systems and processes, including QA/QC methodologies.
- Familiarity with HACCP principles is advantageous.
- Proficiency in using precision measuring instruments, such as calipers and micrometers.
- Strong data collection and analysis skills.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks efficiently.
Preferences:
- Certification in quality assurance or related field.
