Our client, a Global Medical Device Manufacture has an immediate opening for a Quality Administrative Coordinator for a 6 Month + Contract. Position Description (Principle Duties and Responsibilities)

Assist with the tracking, monitoring, prioritization and coordination of label change orders & purchase orders tied to our clients EUMDR Project

RESPONSIBILITIES

Maintain/update Tracking databases (Excel) used to monitor status of change orders and PPAP s
Monitor dates & notify Buyer to initiate Purchase Order
Determine consumption rates of labels
Assist with processing released labels
Monitor and prioritize label change orders
Assist with determination of cost on PPAP s and scrapping of product
Prepare training material as needed
Other duties as assigned

REQUIREMENTS

Minimum 5 years experience
Understanding of quality management systems & manufacturing environment within a regulated industry
Critical thinking & independent decision-making skills
Ability to multi-task projects without affecting accuracy
Highly organized & able to work with little supervision
SQL knowledge helpful
Strong computer skills MS Word, Excel, and SharePoint, PLM systems
