QA Tester-Robot Framework

Job Description

The QA tester will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our products and ensure they meet requirements of our customers. The ideal candidate will have a passion for software testing and quality assurance and be willing to work collaboratively with the development team to identify and solve software issues.
 
 This is an Hybrid Role (Mon - Wed) Onsite. The team develops Applications for Store Team Members, so occasionally, the QA engineer is expected to travel to Stores to perform QA validation on applications.
 
 Responsibilities:
 Develop and execute test plans, test cases and test scripts.
 Identify, track and report software defects and issues.
 Participate in code reviews and provide feedback on potential software issues.
 Work closely with development team to identify and resolve software defects
 Collaborate with product management to ensure that product requirements are being met.
 Develop and maintain automated test scripts.
 Perform regression testing as needed.
 Communicate test results and project status to stakeholders.
 

Job Requirements

Requirements:
 Experience with agile development methodologies.
 Experience with test automation frameworks such as Robot Framework.
 Prior Experience with Testing Mobile Applications, APIs.
 Familiarity with web or mobile or api development technologies (.NET Stack preferred).
 Knowledge of SQL and database testing. (Bonus for experience on Azure).

Contract positions

Will be employed and paid hourly by iMPact Business Group. Benefits (medical, dental & vision) are available after 90 days of employment.
