This is a Direct Hire opportunity.
Location: Grand Rapids, MI - Hybrid (3 days onsite)

About the role: 
  • The Quality Assurance Automated Testing Analyst will drive the direction, practices, and procedures towards quality assurance and the delivery of quality software. You will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and implementing an automated testing framework which will become part of our software release process. 
  • This person will have experience with automated testing tools that the current team doesn't have and will look to them to help recommend an approach to go with. 
  • Current automated unit tests process utilizes Xunit and NUnit.
 
What you will do:
  • Develop QA Practices/Procedures and develop automated testing of key software applications and features. 
  • Monitor and report software defects identified by automated testing 
  • Quality assurance and testing of new features that are not covered by automation
  • Documentation 

Job Requirements

What you need to have:
  • 2-7 years of experience 
  • Experience in software testing with a focus on automation 
  • Proficiency in writing and executing automated test scripts 
  • Ability to integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines 
  • Ability to analyze automated test results and report bugs and defects 
  • Familiar with web technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript 
  • Familiarity with C# and SQL a plus 

Contract positions

Will be employed and paid hourly by iMPact Business Group. Benefits (medical, dental & vision) are available after 90 days of employment. 

 

Permanent placed employees

Paid by and qualify for benefits in accordance with the policies of the hiring company.
