Job Description
Our client is a nationally recognized not-for-profit health system, offering a full continuum of health services through their health plan, medical group, and hospital group.
Our client is looking for a Project Manager.
100% Remote
This is a 14-month contract.
VDI access and equipment are to be provided.
Not required but would love someone with Ludi DocTime implementation experience.
If travel is necessary, expenses are allowed. Must be discussed and approved in advance.

Job Summary:
- Under general direction, oversees multiple small to mid-sized, medium-complexity projects.
- Responsible for all aspects of the project over the entire project life cycle.
- Responsible for assembling the project team, assigning individual responsibilities, identifying appropriate resources needed, and developing a schedule to ensure timely project completion.
- To effectively coordinate the activities of the team, one must be familiar with the system scope and project objectives, as well as the role and function of each team member.
- Competent to work on most phases of project management, but at times may require guidance from more experienced team members.
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
- Required Associate's Degree /Technical school or equivalent
- Preferred Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
- 3 years of relevant experience in the field Required
- 5 years of relevant experience in the field Preferred
- Experience leading projects or gathering business requirements Preferred
- Experience managing small to medium project teams (2 to 7+) within a matrix organization, and projects in multiple technologies and/or business functions Preferred
- CRT-Project Management Professional (PMP) - PMI Project Management Institute preferred
- Not required but would love someone with Ludi DocTime implementation experience.
