Job Description
Our client, a Global Medical Device Manufacture has an immediate opening for a Sales Support Coordinator for a 12 Month + Contract opportunity. Our client offers results-driven people a place where they can make a difference - every day! Interacts with customers, company sales and/or service representatives to handle a variety of pre-sales or post-sales service functions.
Responsibilities and Requirements
- Answers any service contract questions and responsible for maintaining of shared inbox.
- Invoices for billable customers for time and materials, rental deal structures as well as, Insightful Data Analytics.
- Responsible for drafting return on investment reports for sales team.
- Has the opportunity to learn cross functional responsibilities for logistics
- Document all activities according to prescribed methods and procedures.
- Follow work instructions exactly to deliver consistent output
- Serve as a first line problem solver for technical issues
- Respond to and provide direct customer feedback and requests
Job Requirements
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience required, Bachelor's degree preferred
- Must have Skills:
- 1. Analytical-experience working with data to solve problems and develop processes
- 2. Organized
- 3. Communication (customer service orientation)
- 4. Experience with Microsoft Office
- 5. Proficiency in Excel including pivot tables and various functions
- 6. PowerBI Skills a +
- 7. SAP and or SaleForce experience highly desired.
