Job Description

Our Client, a leader in the Automotive Industry, is seeking a motivated and experienced Process Technician to join their team. Key Responsibilities:
*    Troubleshoot and maintain automated manufacturing equipment
*    Identify and resolve issues related to process equipment, tooling, and automation
*    Conduct preventive maintenance on equipment and perform repairs as needed
*    Assist in the development of new manufacturing processes
*    Monitor and analyze production data to identify opportunities for process improvement
*    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize production processes
*    Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for equipment and processes
*    Train new technicians on equipment and processes

Job Requirements

Requirements:
*    High school diploma or equivalent
*    3+ years of experience as a Process Technician in a manufacturing environment
*    Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and equipment, including automation
*    Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and schematics
*    Experience with troubleshooting and maintenance of automated equipment
*    Strong problem-solving skills
*    Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
*    Strong communication and interpersonal skills
*    Ability to work independently and as part of a team
*    Good computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office

Preferences:
*    Associate's degree in a technical field, such as Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering
*    PLC experience is a strong plus
