  • Analyze and improve existing heavy industry processes, focusing on material utilization, flow efficiency, and quality output.
  • Design and implement process optimizations for mold-based manufacturing, ensuring optimal material selection and use.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process bottlenecks and develop innovative solutions to overcome them.
  • Conduct process simulations and modeling to predict outcomes and improve process parameters.
  • Lead projects aimed at equipment and technology upgrades to enhance production capabilities and safety.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for process engineering standards, procedures, and best practices.
  • Monitor and report on key process performance indicators (KPIs), driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Process Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in process engineering within heavy industry, specifically with materials and mold flow processes.
  • Strong understanding of materials science, particularly in relation to heavy industry manufacturing.
  • Proficiency in process simulation and modeling tools.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
  • Strong project management skills, with a track record of leading successful process improvement projects.
  • Experience with CAD and other engineering software.
  • Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and Six Sigma certification.
  • Familiarity with environmental and safety regulations within the heavy industry sector.
  • Proactive, with a continuous improvement mindset.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
