Job Description
Our client, a leader in plastics manufacturing, is seeking skilled Plastics Process Technicians to join their team on all shifts. These direct-hire opportunities offer stability, growth, and a chance to work with advanced injection molding technology. If you have hands-on experience in plastic injection molding and a passion for process optimization, this could be the perfect role for you.
Responsibilities:
- Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot injection molding machinery
- Start up and adjust molding processes to ensure quality production
- Monitor process parameters, cycle times, and part quality
- Work with robotic systems (six-axis experience a plus) and end-of-arm tooling
- Accurately complete paperwork, including repair orders, PMs, and process change logs
- Perform mold setting and machine adjustments as needed
- Collaborate with maintenance, tooling, and production teams
- Ensure compliance with manufacturing and safety standards
- Perform other duties as assigned
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience in plastic injection molding or a related field
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Knowledge of decoupled molding principles
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
