Job Overview:
As the Plant Controller, you will play a critical role in overseeing all financial operations at our automotive manufacturing plant. This is a hands-on role that requires someone who can be a self-starter and work independently. You will be responsible for developing and implementing financial strategies that align with our business goals, as well as monitoring and reporting on financial performance to senior management. Your ability to work closely with plant management and provide financial support and guidance to operational teams will be essential to our success.

Job Requirements
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance and accounting, with specific experience in automotive manufacturing preferred
- Ability to develop and implement financial strategies that align with business goals
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Preferences:
- CPA or CMA certification
- Experience with SAP or other ERP systems
- Experience with lean manufacturing principles
- Strong understanding of automotive manufacturing processes and cost structures
