You'll initially lead financial analysis at a Chicago plant, providing strategic insights and actionable recommendations to help meet and exceed financial targets. The role supports procurement and operations through data-driven cost analysis, forecasting, and performance measurement.
* Analyze procurement spend, supplier costs, and category trends to identify savings.
* Develop KPIs and monitor inventory and supply chain performance.

Job Description
A highly successful manufacturing client of iMPact Business Group is seeking to hire a Senior Financial Analyst or a Plant Controller for their corporate HQ near Lansing, MI.
They have one position open which can be filled by either a Senior Financial Analyst or a Plant Controller.
This position will be based in Michigan and initially support a Plant in Chicago, IL. Long term this role will also support other Plant locations from the Corporate HQ.
Monthly visits to Chicago are required, with additional visits on an as-needed basis. Travel to Chicago can be handled using the Company Jet flying from Lansing, MI to Chicago.
For Senior Financial Analyst candidates -

* Strong financial modeling, data analysis, and communication skills
* Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and work in a fast-paced environment
* 5+ years in FP&A or financial analysis roles
* Power BI proficiency a plus
* Experience in manufacturing or Food Service/National Accounts a plus
