PRIMARY PURPOSE: To process all aspects of the ADP Wage Garnishment Processing System (WGPS) or the ADP eTime/EPIP colleague time reporting system process.
: Process multiple Canada Payrolls maintaining related records and systems, support US and LATAM Payrolls as needed
: Participates in timely and accurate submission/transmission of payroll(s)
: Reviews and validates multiple Canada payrolls
: Manages workflow and ensures payroll inputs from appropriate locations are processed in timely manner
: Performs payroll maintenance, direct deposits, deductions, tax withholding, separations, and new hires
: Verifies all payroll entries including deduction, earnings, and changes
: Reconciles and audits payroll data to ensure accuracy and compliance
: Produces timely and accurate gross to net processing and pay distribution
: Reviews output registers and reports and corrects out of balance conditions
: Researches and resolves payroll discrepancies and issues
: Monitors and enforces all payroll related policies, procedures and internal controls
: Works with cross-functional internal CR Business Partners to resolve employee payroll matters and employee inquiries
: Resolves and responds to employee payroll related inquiries
: Provides level 2 inquiry support and provides applicable guidance
: Identifies and presents solutions for continuous payroll process improvement
: Assist with year-end process and audits
: Special projects as assigned
ADDITIONAL FUNCTIONS and RESPONSIBILITIES
: Performs other duties as assigned.
: Supports the organization' s quality program(s).
: Two years processing Canadian Payroll
: CPP, PCP or CPM preferred but not required
: Experience in multi-national shared service environment preferred
: Bilingual English, Spanish or Portuguese preferred
: Strong analytical skill, high attention to detail, excellent troubleshooting skills, and creative problem solving skills
: Demonstrated proficiency in payroll and HRIS software (ADP Vantage, ADP Streamline, Pay@Work, WorkDay preferred)
MANDATORY EXP-Two years processing Canadian Payroll Candidate must speak English and at least one other language (Spanish or Portuguese).
Associate degree from an accredited college or university required.
