* Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or related field / Equivalent experience
* 3+ years of experience in paint engineering or a similar role, preferably within the heavy industry manufacturing sector
* Strong understanding of paint chemistry, application techniques, and curing processes
* Knowledge of robotics and mechanical systems used in manufacturing environments
* Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making abilities
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies

Contract positions
Will be employed and paid hourly by iMPact Business Group. Benefits (medical, dental & vision) are available after 90 days of employment.
Permanent placed employees
Paid by and qualify for benefits in accordance with the policies of the hiring company.
