PLM Business Systems Administrator

Position Description (Principle Duties and Responsibilities)
This role is needed due to the implementation of a quality enterprise new lifecycle management system (PTC Windchill). This role will be responsible for working with a multitude of attributes, data and information within the system including, but not limited to; engineering prints, engineering attributes, clinical documentation, regulatory documentation and quality documentation. Additionally, this role will support data and workflow analysis as well as, the execution of several projects within the system. This role will be supporting our new enterprise lifecycle management system.
Bachelor s Degree is required (IT or Engineering)
Enterprise System Experience in a regulated environment (medical device, financial, pharma).
The ability to work as a system administrator and know that responsibility this role requires.
The ability to troubleshoot and analyze work flow and data.
Monitor emerging issues and identify solutions.
Participate in projects to address process modifications and continuous improvement projects.
Be able to understand the enterprise data and make adjustments as needed Ability to execute drawing revisions and make simple design changes in CREO PRO-E
Troubleshoot system issues with users based on ticket entry
