Job Description

An iMPact Business Group Client in the Financial Services industry is seeking to hire an experienced PHP / Python Developer.

This role does require 100% onsite work in Grand Rapids, Michigan at the present time.

This position will participate in the ongoing development, enhancement, and support of internally developed PHP-based systems.

The team this position is part of works on various internally developed systems integration projects.

Most projects have full SDLC duties assigned to a given Programmer, in some cases the PHP Software Engineer will work on a team-based initiatives.

This position also includes an annual 10% annual bonus on top of the salary listed, based on company performance.

Since this firm is in the Financial Services industry, Candidates must be able to pass a full background check including a Credit Check.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelors Degree
  • 2+ years Software Development experience with the full SDLC
  • 2+ years experience programming with - PHP, Python, and APIs
  • Full Stack Development experience (20%-30% Front End Web Development, 70%-80% backend API work)
  • Experience working on Software Integration projects
  • Financial Services industry experience considered a plus

Contract positions

Will be employed and paid hourly by iMPact Business Group. Benefits (medical, dental & vision) are available after 90 days of employment. 

 

Permanent placed employees
